Deputation of rotary supervisors and technicians to attend major overhauls of Steam Turbines and Centrifugal compressors of various OEMs for M/s. SMH Saudi.

Major Overhauling including refurbishment of HIP, LP turbines, Generator including repair of generator rotor, various pumps like BFP, CEP, CWP, Drip, HP, LP heaters and other associated auxiliaries. Pertaining to 2 X 135 MW M/s Dang Fong, China make TG sets at M/s Sai Wardha power Ltd., Warora and M/s V S Lignite.

Annual Maintenance (Round the clock), expert services / equipment overhauls etc. for BTG, BOP (except CHP and AHP) & their auxiliaries for 3 units of 6x600 MW, M/s. Dang Fong, China at M/s KSK Mahanadi Power Company Ltd., (KMPCL) at Nariyara Village, Janjgir - Champa District in the state of Chhattisgarh.

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and supply of New Turbine Rotor, Guide Blade Carriers - 03 Nos and all internals for enhanced extraction flow for 24MW BHEL make TG Set to M/s Godavari Bio Refineries Ltd., Sameerwadi, Karnataka. All the equipment supplied was installed and commissioned. The performance is as per design expectations. The customer has expressed his gratitude to TES.

Repair, Reconditioning, Manufacture & Supply of spares for 600MW make M/s Udipi Power Corporation Ltd., Udipi, Karnataka.

Another workshop was established with 5 Axis, 4 Axis latest CNC machines and other required machinery for manufacturing of blades for steam & gas turbines.

Started our own manufacturing with our Design for smaller output TG sets for process industries, two such units of 300 kw and 550 kw TG sets were manufactured and supplied the same are in operation.

Repair, Re-engineering, Manufacture & supply of spares for 600MW M/s Dong Fong, China make TG set for M/s. KSK Mahanadi Power Company Ltd., Akaltara, Chhattisgarh.

Services rendered to 150 MW China make TG sets at M/s. IBPL, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu & M/s. Meenakshi Power, Gudur, A.P.

Erection and Commissioning of 12.5 MW Siemens make GTGs (5 Nos) and HP, MP & LP Compressors (-- No.s) of M/s. Dresser Rand & M/s. Cameron make at M/s. ONGC, Lakwa, Assam.

Executed Repair and Reconditioning of damaged/eroded components for 600 MW Harbin, China make TG Set for M/s. Essar Power, Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Manufactured and supplied HP Steam Chamber and all guide blade carriers for 25 MW BHEL Make STG set to M/s. ACC Cements Ltd., Lakheri unit, Rajasthan. Supplied carriers and steam chamber were assembled and performance is satisfactory.

Manufactured and supplied Guide Blade Carriers (3 Nos) for 30MW BHEL Make STG set to M/s. Aditya Birla Chemicals Ltd., Rehla unit, Jharkhand. Supplied carriers were assembled and performance is satisfactory.

Executed overhauls for 135 MW Dong Fang, China Make TG Sets and also supplied several spares for these TG sets to M/s. KSK Group.

Established our own workshop to extend our services to take up retrofitting activities of rotating equipment and manufacture and supply of all required spares.

Deputed skilled man power to execute Rehabilitation of Steam Turbines (25Nos) and Pumps (40 Nos) at M/s. Notore Chemicals, Nigeria.
